Employee Relations Manager
£50-£55k + car allowance of £8,300 p/a
I am working with a leading global provider of fresh prepared foods based in North West London to appoint an Employee Relations Manager. The role would be an excellent opportunity for an ER specialist with excellent communication skills, who has solid knowledge around complex employee relations case work.
This person will be the HR Operations Manager right hand person and offer future career development. The ER Manager will work with the unions for the majority of the time as well as working with solicitors and will get involved in investigations; conflict resolution and pay negotiations. They will be responsible for leading engagement across a number of areas including Health and Wellbeing. The role is working across 3 sites across London and will be managing a small team of two advisors.
The client is looking for an experienced ER Specialist from a fast paced environment such as retail or manufacturing. Union experience is essential as is an understanding of equal opportunities and dignity at work within a multicultural environment. You will have proven experience around engagement and in advising and coaching managers on areas such as tribunals.
