EMEA HR Business Partner - French speaking
In this newly created role you will be responsible for providing HR advice and counsel to business managers, for translating business requirements into HR services, programs and initiatives, and for delivering HR services to the business.
Working with an employee group split across 7 EMEA offices you will be the go-to HR representative responsible for around 180 individuals.
This is an exciting role and would suit someone with a forward thinking, proactive approach who genuinely wants to work closely with senior management.
In this role you will adopt a multi dimensional approach working with the internal shared service functions in addition to your stakeholders. Day to day coverage will include; Talent advisory, including performance management, succession planning and talent development; HR policies and processes; and employee relations.
You'll participate in Talent & OD initiatives, recruitment for regional level positions, and ad hoc projects including supporting on an acquisition.
While this role is based in London (Canary Wharf) you will work with stakeholders in France, Italy, Portugal and Spain. Knowledge of European (specifically French) employment law is highly regarded, fluency in French is a prerequisite. In addition, you will have significant Business Partner coverage within a multi-site business with global coverage.
