A truly global financial technology services business is now looking to recruit a Benefits Manager to join them on a 12 month fixed term contract and support their EMEA population with their flex and core benefits offering. Reporting into their Head of Benefits, this role will collaborate with a diverse group of HR colleagues who cover the entire Wellness and Health spectrum and lean heavily into evolving the Bank's EVP. You will be the primary point of contact for benefits on a day to day basis, and will work with EMEA Governance and Pensions Team and Trustees to ensure they deliver a consistent service across all lines of business. This will include partnering with the Vendor Management Team to ensure the bank's suppliers meet vendor management requirements, as well as information security and performance scorecards. You will work with the Health and Wellbeing Manager to develop the wellbeing proposition for employees and be responsible for the benchmarking of plans and programs to ensure they meet the strategic aims and are competitively positioned within our competitor peer group. As a result they are looking to meet Benefit Managers or Senior Benefit Analysts who have a professional qualification in pensions and/or benefits (for example FPMI, APMI, IEBA) together with experience in the design and implementation of flex plans and the coordination of annual enrolment of benefits programs across EMEA.
