Frazer Jones is excited to be partnering with a fast-growth global software business in their search for an Early Careers Programme Manager. The organisation are going through an exciting period of change and transformation so it is a really great time to join!
In this role you will be focused on the attraction, hiring and onboarding experience for all early careers hires, including graduates, apprentices and specialist roles. You will be responsible for building a hiring plan, researching campuses to target as well as creative events such as hackathons to attract the best talent.
You'll also have the opportunity to partner with the wider team on projects such as EVP to create a real buzz around the business and the opportunities on offer. Social mobility and inclusion are high on the agenda, so you will need to ensure the hiring processes support this. As well as talent attraction, you will also partner with the Learning team to shape onboarding and development paths.
For this role, the business are looking for a high-energy individual who will be able to build strong rapport with millennials and tech talent. You will have prior experience in early careers, preferably in a large global organisation and will have the confidence to build and manage the programme. In order to be successful in this role you'll have a strong process methodology mindset, an analytical approach and excellent organisational skills!
Salary: c.£60,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits
