Are you a talent acquisition professional with experience around early careers? I have partnered with an iconic retailer on their search for an Early Careers Manager to join a creative and innovative team.

This well-established iconic retailer has years of experience behind them, linking the consumer with a range of products from fashion and homewares to food and floristry. With a customer centric focus they are looking for the ideal candidate to drive the early careers agenda and manage the programmes end to end.

As this retail brand evolves into a digital-first business, they are passionate about securing the best junior talent to be disruptive and drive change and innovation throughout the brand. Managing their four key talent streams, you will focus on partnering with external stakeholders and ensuring a strong pipeline for talent across graduate programmes, business placements, internships and apprenticeships.

Within in this role you will play a lead role in early careers hiring with a focus on developing the future graduate and apprenticeship scheme strategy. You will work with the talent team to plan the annual early careers resourcing plans and focus on attraction and selection methodologies whilst continually developing the employee branding in early careers talent. This role will include the attendance to seminars, networks and using additional tools to attract talent but making sure the organisation has presence in the early careers market.

To be successful in this role you will have in-house resourcing experience within early careers or graduate recruitment, you will have ran a graduate scheme from end to end with a particular focus on Diversity and Inclusion. It is desirable but not essential to have worked with interns or on an apprenticeship recruitment plan. You will have proven experience managing high volume vacancies with excellent project management skills. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to devise creative and innovative attraction campaigns and a understanding of HR regulations surrounding recruitment and selection. This role would suit a confident communicator that has the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and a real interest in the development of early careers.
