Reporting to the Head of HR, This Early Careers Manager / Graduate Recruitment and Development Manager role will play an integral part in attracting and recruiting high-calibre trainee solicitors into the firm and assisting with the effective management of the two-year training and development programme. You and your team of two will manage the end-to-end recruitment of graduate trainees and summer students in their UK offices taking responsibility for the full process including firms' national summer vacation schemes.
This is a fanatic opportunity for you to design and implement the firm's attraction strategy and help generate new ideas that will help support the development and success of the function and emerging talent.
It would be beneficial to understand the SQE and ensure that they are compliant with regards to the SRA regulations process. Ideally, you will have experience within the legal sector, however, wider professional service experience will also be considered.
