I am excited to be partnering a large well-renowned business on a unique opportunity for a Diversity & Inclusion Partner to join their expanding D&I team.
This newly created role, reporting into the recently appointed Director of Diversity & Inclusion, will be focused on partnering with the business to ensure that the strategic plan is being implemented at a local level and ensure that HR policy is fully inclusive.
Working with the wider team of Learning, Talent and Leadership professionals, you will help to build and operationalise inclusive practises across the organisation.
You'll work alongside the Head of D&I to deliver the strategic plan, and consult with stakeholders across the organisation to see where improvement is needed.
You will also work with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure that there is an inclusive approach to hiring and that they are doing everything possible to remove potential bias from the hiring process.
We are looking for someone who has a genuine passion for diversity and inclusion, is a commercial thinker and is able to demonstrate impact in previous roles. You'll be a true specialist in the field and will be able to share knowledge of best practice in D&I. The successful candidate will also be able to understand HR policy and be capable of advising of required changes in order to become more inclusive.
In this role you will work with multiple stakeholders and groups across the business so strong communication and influencing skills will be really important and you'll need to be able to design and deliver effective communication strategies to a large, complex organisation.
