I am seeking an established and passionate Diversity & Inclusion professional who is looking for a great challenge. My client is a UK professional services business who want to create an accepted, effective and heavily targeted Diversity agenda within the HR function. Currently there are bits and pieces of a diversity & inclusion agenda, however they have sat with sporadic Business Partners and have never really gathered traction.
Essentially this is a greenfield D&I business, so ideally this needs to be someone with a background in building out the programs and engaging with external program designers from the start. Relationships and the ability to engage the internal senior leadership population will be key, so experience working in a matrixed and diverse commercial business is essential. They are circa 4000 employees.
The role is initially a 12 month FTC, the thinking on this is because the role parameters may change as the position establishes the agenda they don't want to over-promise.
