This leading international law firm based in the City of London is looking for a D&I Manager to join its wider HR team. As the priorities within D&I ever increase this firm is truly committed to its D&I initiatives and keen to meet with solid D&I Managers looking for a new challenge.
This role will see you reporting into Senior HR leadership and supporting both London and Europe based initiatives. Working with senior stakeholders, Managing Partners and Heads of function you will be a key voice and driver across the business shaping and leading the D&I agenda.
The firm is looking for candidates who have previously worked within a partnership environment or financial services and have experience of setting and delivering a D&I agenda. This is a stand alone role whereby the successful candidate will be able to pull on resources from other parts of the firm but also be comfortable in working independently to deliver initiatives.
