My client is looking for a HR professional who has had experience with Employee Engagement, Diversity and Inclusion projects and is great at building relationships with the ability to work in a fast paced environment whilst balancing competing priorities. You'll have a strong understanding of promoting Equality & Diversity.

The business is looking for a driven individual to contribute to the on-going development of the L&D function. You will be working with, and directly supporting the Senior Head of Learning and Organisational Development team for continuous improvement.

This role will focus on introducing initiatives which foster a high performance diverse culture, where learning, continuous improvement and innovation are the norm. Working closely with both the Innovation team and People and Learning Business Partnering team, you will identify opportunities for organisational improvement and turn those opportunities into solutions. Managing internal and external stakeholders, suppliers, and coordinating with internal resources, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in a high profile role.

You will have previous experience supporting in projects such as Employee engagement, inclusion and diversity as an integral part of your HR role. You'll have excellent interpersonal skills and will be confident dealing with stakeholders across multiple teams. You'll be confident using data and will have experience of creating reports and recommendations for stakeholders from analytics data. You will be able to evidence your experience working on and implementing projects of scale.
