Our client, a fast-growing SaaS B2B start-up based in Midtown, is looking to hire a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead, build, and execute a scaling recruitment function. This is a newly created role. The Director will report to the VP of People and will manage a recruiter, and be tasked with hiring a technical recruiter immediately upon joining the company. Our client has just under 90 employees, but expects to have 130 employees; with a goal of growing more than quadruple in size and revenue over the next five years.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of recruiting experience, inclusive of several years of experience building and scaling the recruitment function in a SaaS B2B environment. Hands-on expertise in technical and sales recruiting is critical, as these will comprise the majority of the hiring needs for the foreseeable future. This role is very much a player coach and the right candidate will be comfortable executing searches alongside their team.
