Our client, an exciting and successful firm known for its fast moving and entrepreneurial culture is seeking aDirector of Training, Learning and Development to lead their formal and informal attorney and staff training wuhile authoring and delviering innovative, comprehensive legal and professional curricula
In this role, you'll assess and identify skillgaps in a proactive way, and anticipate attorney training needs with an eye towards creating bespoke in house programs for legal populations and staff. You'll enjoy great autonomy and visibility while working closely with attorneys and departments like knowledge Management, Strategy, Legal Staffing and Professional Developmen to create tcompetency programs.
The position calls for a dynamic L&D and training professional with exceptional polish, energy, and significant experience building and delivering training and development to attorney popluations in a legal setting, though a blend of law firm and corporate experience in a customer focused industry would be highly desireable.
