Exciting Director level HR role available at a noted consultancy. This opportunity will support a regional population of up to 800 from an HR business partner perspective. The position will report into a head of People Operations and will be tasked with all talent, performance, employee relations as well as some resourcing activities (about 15% of the role) and the consultant and manager communications around them.
You'll assist in assigning consultants on external engagements and fostering their growth and development, while working with leadership to address firmwide goals and initiatives. Work closely with managing directors to support bsuines strategy, budget management, hiring, employee engagement and retention projects.
6 years or more experience in a mid to sr. HR Business partner role within a financial or professional services/consulting or very closely related field (billable hours environment).
Resourcing or internal project staffing (consult engagements) would be ideal, and a strong focus on performance management etc, HR metrics and employee relations/talent are a must
Interpersonally this individual will have a strong track record and be able to relate and build rapport across business lines and at all levels. They will have a very high EQ and strong communication skills.
