As a Director of Global Retirement Benefits, you will be expected to apply your organizational and communication skills while displaying a positive, high-energy attitude. The successful Director of Global Retirement Benefits must have extensive understanding of both financial and investment aspects relating to retirement plans, as well as demonstrated track record of success implementing retirement programs aligned with company goals.
