As the Director of Global Legal Talent Acquisition, you'll drive and significantly contribute to the firm's legal recruitment strategy, with the support of a team of 2 skilled resources (1 experienced direct report, 1 indirect), while owning the Partner Search and Recruitment function. You'll enjoy a true seat at the table with a vibrant and entrepreneurial leadership team, while working day to day with the Global Head of Legal Services. Pivoting between designing innovative staffing platforms and addressing legal talent at all levels through people management and hands on delivery, you'll have all the visibility and creative license of a leadership role, while remaining close to the daily operations of a dynamic recruitment function.
Ideally, you'll have managed at least one experienced resource and spent significant time in the Legal Recruitment space, whether from the search or in-house side. The firm is especially open to a blend of Corporate Recruiting experience from inside a top tier global organization, with a focus on partner, C level, executive hires, and traditional attorney/partner recruitment from a law firm.
