This role is ideal for:
An individual with 7 or more years of diversity program management experience out of the financial or professional services space, who is well versed in best practices and able to engage senior stakeholders around streamlining and process building while also remaining very hands on.
The opportunity will begin by taking a granular look at current HR platforms, recruitment, retention, and engagement practices, with an eye towards rethinking and revamping, and, where possible, refining and further branding the most successful efforts. You'll marshal people and resources to help the firm reach their goals, and enjoy working among other highly engaged performers. While a good deal of creativity can be leant to role, it will be a strong match for someone who thrives when serving strategically and transactionally - bringing order and predictability to practices while preserving both their spirit and efficacy.
Please note that this role sits in Austin, Texas (with 10-30% domestic travel) and the client is willing to offer a basic relocation package.
There is an additional option to sit in Chicago but 50% travel would be required.
