We are currently partnered with a global mid-sized technology organization in search of a Director-level HR Business Partner, situated in their San Jose office.
Our client has an industry leading market share in their field and as they continue to aggressively grow requires a leader with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role will support several hundred employees and provide strategic guidance to a high caliber business group. HR is highly valued in the organization and this role will be expected to contribute to the continued success of this business group and the wider organization. Considering the international nature of our client and their structure you must be comfortable navigating a heavily matrixed environment, facilitating organizational design initiatives within this context and collaborating with an international peer group. As a partner to this business unit you will function as a coach to senior management and must understand philosophies surrounding organizational effectiveness to further bolster the current work environment.
To be successful in the position we are looking to identify candidates who possess experience as an HR Business Partner in very fast paced environments, where HR is a critical component of their leadership team. Experience working in a global context is preferred but our client is open to where you have worked from an industry perspective. Strong communication skills, a natural data orientation and a comfort engaging with Executives is critical.
