We are working with a leading international law firm to recruit a Digital Learning & Development Manager based in either Sheffield or Leeds. You will be responsible for establishing a digital learning & development strategy, evolving the digital learning practice, communicating this to the firm and implementation.
In order to establish a digital L&D strategy you must first engage with the wider HR team and key stakeholders to identify opportunities to digitalise learning. You will design, develop and deliver digital learning which also includes procuring digital learning providers in line with budget. You will championing digital learning within the Firm, keeping on top of (and sharing) trends both in terms of new tools and techniques and market intelligence.
You will build and implement an engagement plan to ensure continuous levels of interest and participation in all areas of digital learning and use use learning metrics and feedback to measure impact and improve digital learning products and services; continuously assessing opportunities to improve delivery.
In order to be successful in your application you will can demonstrate experience designing, developing and delivering digital learning & development strategy & initiatives to an international audience. Experience of being able to identify and translate traditional learning and development approaches into a variety of formats culminating in solely digital or blended learning solutions.
It would be helpful if you had cross functional project management experience and experience working within a partnership or professional services organisation. You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to build strong working relationships quickly throughout an international organisation.
In return you'll work for an established reputable business, avail of great benefits and a starting salary £50,000 - £58,000 depending on experience.
