I have taken on an opportunity with a global financial services business, who need a driven and engaging engagement/culture specialist to deliver a number of influential programs. The right candidate will demonstrate a passion for cultural identity and the fostering of a high performance culture with a background influencing engagement. This will work on the design, building and implementation of the group engagement survey.
Reporting into the Global Culture & Engagement Senior Manager you will sit very closely with the business, understand the needs of the business units and deliver bespoke and tailored engagement policies. The client needs somebody who can run the end to end delivery of these programs, understand how the employees will react and deliver a strategy which gains buy in and excitement across the firm.
Other areas of this role will include supporting the wellbeing agenda, working with Divisional leaders on the health journey, identify the development of the engagement strategy and ultimately create a transformational approach to employee listening and measurement. Sitting within a broader talent and engagement team you will be a highly collaborative person who likes to share and bounce ideas off of like-minded others.
