About Our Client

Our client is a European MNC in the Pharmaceutical industry. They possess cutting edge technology and are current market leaders in what they do. Having a highly established brand presence globally and to keep up with the changing times, they have decided to further transform themselves into workforce 2.0. They are currently looking for a HR Director to manage their corporate office in Singapore which encompasses both the country and regional offices.

Job Description

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be tasked with the end to end HR portfolio for the senior leadership team of approximately 100 senior leadership employees in both the Singapore and regional office. This role has a heavy focus on transformation, change management and communications apart from the daily HR business-as-usual. You will work closely to inspire & coach the senior leaders on relevant HR topics that will be further cascaded down to their teams.

The Successful Applicant

Ideally, you possess a minimum of 15 years of Human Resources experience in global MNCs with highly matured HR practices, equipped with a degree in HR or its equivalence. The successful applicant should someone who can toggle very easily between being strategic and hands-on at the same time with strong stakeholder management skills. It's not an aggressive culture and hence this individual would need the EQ to push back, make tough decisions and continuously ensure development of top-notch HR Practices.
