My client, a tech/insurance start up part of a much larger insurance company, is hiring immediately for a year long contract corporate recruiter. Reporting into an amazing HR Partner, you will not only be recruiting for tech, marketing, and underwriting roles, but also act as the main point of contact for all of the vendors. You will bring years of experience as a recruiter and vendor management along with excellent interpersonal skills. Project manager experience is a huge plus.
Something unique about this role besides it is a year long contract is that the BP's and managers help out with recruiting. You will ensure that the recruitment process is smooth on all ends from the candidate's experience to the vendors and managers that work on the open req. Being an excellent brand ambassador, you will lead the forefront for the recruitment side of the start up and truly have an impact in the company.
