Manage user access to the LMS, checking for and resolving data errors from weekly HRIS update

Monitor and respond to user queries in the L&D team mailbox, including providing Tier 1 (end-user issues) and Tier 2 (logging technical tickets and liaising with Cornerstone Support to resolve large errors)

Configure and administer the performance management process, including creating forms, tracking and reporting completions and providing Tier 1 & Tier 2 support

Configure live events and on demand training curricula and resources based on identified needs

Import training content provided by internal and/or third party content into the LMS

Create and manage user groups as identified, to provide the required level of access to target audience

Edit and/or configure LMS generated communications under direction from their supervisor

Generate and distribute reports under direction from their supervisor
