Contract HR Assistant/Admin

Our client is a large, global Financial Services organization seeking a Contract HR Assistant to provide administrative support to an HR leader for 3 months, with the possibility to extend. The core responsibilites will include email organanization, scheduling meetings, coding invoices and processing expense reports.
Exceptional administrative and organizational skills are required and some experience within HR is preferred, in order to be more effective in interpreting and organizing emails and to allow you take on additional responsibilities. The client is open to a new graduate with internship experience covering similar responsibilities, or an early career administrative/HR professional.
