Our client, a mid-sized financial services firm with a great corporate culture, is currently seeking a dynamic HR assistant. This is an long-term contract position (no end date) based in Downtown Manhattan.
In this role, you will provide support to the Human Resources team as well as the Chief Administrative Officer. In a lean environment, you will gain excellent exposure across the HR function, including Onboarding, Benefits, Compensation and Talent Acquisition, with additional administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a undergraduate degree in a related field, strong interpersonal skills and at least 6 months of work experience.
This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate seeking a steep learning curve and exposure in Human Resources within a fast paced environment.
