We are working with a niche people consultancy who are looking to bring another person in to their growing team. Working with their clients to advise them around their people engagement, employee retention and culture advisory projects, our client works with a broad and diverse range of organisation. It is essential to have experience of designing, project managing, analysing and feeding back employee opinion surveys. Based in London, with potential requirement to travel to see clients, the role will be well suited to an individual who has had prior experience working within a people consultancy firm designing and delivering client solutions, advising c-suite, as well as business development.
It is highly likely you will have studied occupational psychology at graduate level or above, and will be attracted to being part of a small but friendly team.
