Compensation Leader, Wealth Management
Up to ~200k base, plus bonus
Our client is a leading global bank looking to identify a leader to drive the design and implementation of compensation programs for the organization's Wealth Management business group, one of the largest in the U.S. The role will lead nuanced efforts including both broad-based and sales compensation models. Additionally, it will manage the re-design of the sales plan for the business and will be heavily involved in job architecture work. The role will be heavily client facing, including strong partnership with the CEO of the business.
You bring deep compensation experience specifically in wealth management, or at minimum, within asset management. You have led sales compensation design and have foundational analytics and financial accounting skills. You have a well-rounded profile including skills and experience influencing and negotiating at the most senior levels.
