Our Client, an exciting midsized global financial technology firm is seeking an experienced Compensation Associate to join their dynamic company and high performance compensation team of 7 individuals who support a progressive global compensation function. This role will offer a fast-paced, curious individual who enjoys working in the grey space the opportunity to sink their teeth into truly global, impactful, and leadership-facing compensation strategy for their corporate groups. M&A experience would be a huge plus as would exposure to Workday.
Suited candidates will come from complex/layered and ideally global company structures, fast-paced consulting environments, or, ideally, a midsized global tech environment where they have handled broadbased compensation.
Expert Excel is a must as is the ability to interpret data and present it to leadership regularly. Heavy market pricing expertise is important for success, and this, coupled with approximately 5+ years of experience in a compensation or closely related function would be ideal to provide this individual a strong balance of work in their wheelhouse and engaging professional challenges for them to grow.
Their NYC midtown location which is fully remote now and will return hybrid 2 days per week when covid restrictions are limited.
