Job Description

Reporting to the Head of HR in Singapore, you will support the Compensation and Benefits activities, especially in the review and implementation of policies. You will work and advice on the compensation and benefits strategies, company bonus schemes etc to tailor to the business structure. The candidate will also assist in job design, analysis, evaluation and classification or grading of jobs leading to maintenance of job structure. This is an individual contributor role. Given the diversity and scale of the business, there will be plenty of opportunities to work on regional and/or global projects spanning the various disciplines within total rewards.

The successful applicant

Ideally, you should have at least 5 years of C&B experience and be equipped with a bachelor's in Human Resource or equivalent. They would be keen to look at individuals who come from consulting firms as they would like the individual to bring with them the wide-industry perspective/experience. Given the individuals that you will be exposed to, strong interpersonal and communication skills is necessary in order to network and influence with the senior stakeholders. As you will be managing highly confidential matters and highly complex compensation structures for executive level leadership, you will need to be concise, confident and numerically intelligent.
