Have you completed a comp cycle or two, had some exposure to benefits, and are ready for the next step in your Reward career? An international law firm are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Analyst to join their team. This is a permanent role, based in the City of London.
The reward team has a truly global remit, supporting offices across EMEA and APAC. It's quite a small team so you will get a lot of experience across the function. You will support with benchmarking and salary surveys, and help with the annual bonus and salary reviews. You'll provide regular MI and analytics, and help the business understand what the data is telling them. You'll assist with benefits renewals and several interesting Reward projects, and act as a key poitn of contact for queries about reward and benefits. You'll have responsbility from day one, and take ownership of several processes.
You must have prior experience of reward analytics, and have intermediate to advanced Excel skills - to include a good working knowledge of pivot tables and vlookup. You should have a compensation cycle or two under your belt, and have worked on salary reviews, benchmarking exercises and job evaluation in the past. Experience of working in professional services, financial services, or other corporate environment is highly desirable.
