Our client, a global leading Asset Management firm, are seeking a driven and ambitious Reward Analyst to join their Reward team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Reward or Compensation Analyst to gain development opportunities and progression across all aspects of reward globally, including benefits, regulatory compensation and equity programmes.
You will contribute to the implementation and delivery of the firms global compensation and benefits strategies and policies, manage the annual compensation review globally and provide advice and support on all matters relating to compensation & benefits for the wider business. You will also play a key role in supporting on the delivery of the firm's global equity programmes. You will prepare and carry out analyses for the business such as gender pay gap reporting, and manage, prepare and submit the market survey submissions for the firm globally. You will perform job evaluations using internal and external market analyses and provide salary recommendations for new positions.
You will be a Reward or Compensation Analyst looking to increase your remit globally or your knowledge of Reward in an asset management setting. This is a unique opportunity to take on a broad, varied and truly global role, with an emphasis on progression and development. The team works in a collaborative way and are seeking an individual who is willing to get involved in all aspects of reward, is keen to learn, and would be an excellent communicator with key stakeholders throughout the business.
