Are you a Regulatory Compensation Analyst, looking for a role where you can have a real impact? This international bank have a small regulatory team, and you will have excellent visibility in the business. You'll work on a range of business-facing projects and will be a "big cog in a small wheel".

The reward team is lean, and your work will be highly varied. You'll work directly on RemCo papers, advise MRTs on their compensation and will have direct face time with senior stakeholders in the bank. You'll help to implement new regulations and ensure the bank is compliant, playing a key role in the business. It's an exciting time to join the business as their reward team is restructuring their operating model, and you will be able to leave your mark on the function.

Your previous experience with banking compensation regulations will be of real value to the bank, and solid knowledge of regulatory compensation is essential. The bank will rely heavily on your analytical and quantitative skills, and you'll need advanced Excel abilities. Any experience of assisting with compensation policy will enable you to make a real impact in this role.
