Are you a talented Reward Analyst with great benchmarking skills, looking for your next contract role? Do you want to work in one of London's most iconic skyscrapers?
This financial services firm are looking for a Compensation Analyst to join them for a year, to help with a number of interesting projects as well as taking ownership of the business-as-usual work. You'll assist during year-end, assisting with the analytical work around the salary and bonus cycles and provide compensation advice to the HR team and wider business. You'll submit and analyse benchmarking survey data and create salary structures based on them.
You'll get to work in one of London's most recognisable landmarks, with a talented team, for a brand that is hugely respected in the financial services sector. Although you'll be expected to hit the ground running, your manager will be willing to help you grow and develop - this could be the year your Reward career gets the boost it needs.
You'll need advanced Excel skills, preferably including VBA and macros. You'll need solid experience of benchmarking methodologies and job grading, and experience of working in a large, complex business.
