- Previous experience operating as an HR Director or CPO, helping set up the people agenda for a fast-moving Fin-tech or similar challenger banking organisation that is growing.
- Strong all-round HR professional, who is not only very strategic but is also very happy with being hands on. This will be essential as the firm moves through set up and growth phase.
- Working closely with a transparent/direct in style CEO, the individual must be able to build a strong working relationship with this individual. Previous examples of working within a similar structure will be important to see.
- Technically a good commercial HR leader and HR generalist, being able to help grow & shape a culture.
- Supported a business gain its UK banking license, will be a strong advantage to any applicant.
- Applicants will be coming from either a Fin-tech or challenger banking business or an organisation where they have been on a growth agenda and have been instrumental in helping drive & grow that organisations people agenda.
