Our client is a premium global brand with a base in Singapore. They have engaged our services for a new Campus Recruitment and Development Officer to manage the entire programme from branding, university and school relationships, campus events, marketing, assessments, onboarding and a two year development programme. The client is keen to use this as an opportunity to refresh their current routes and understand and explore new channels to attracting top tier graduates and ensuring a solid pipeline into the business.
You will get to own this entire process for a small intake of graduates and summer interns, with the support of the team around you. you will have a lively HR team around you and will liaise closely with your APAC and global counterparts to leverage best practice and share ideas.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high end prestigious firm that is all about quality. Based in Singapore, this role will be responsible for the implementation of Singapore's HR strategy and operations.
Strategic Oversight; You will play a lead role in the entire graduate cycle and recruitment strategy from attraction to onboarding and be responsible for shaping the first 2 years of their professional development.
Background: Ideally experience in forging strong relationship at all levels, influencing key stakeholders and working in a professional services/financial services/banking/accounting/law firm.
