We have been engaged on a fantastic Benefits and Total Rewards Specialist search with our client, a dynamic and global small law firm with a progressive culture. With a global headcount of about 450, our client is looking for a data and systems savvy benefits coordinator with very strong Excel skills (including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs) who knows the ins and outs of US benefits and would like to grow within a cohesive systems and rewards department. There will be an opportunity to develop your knowledge with their twice yearly compensation process, making for a truly unique total rewards opportunity. Knowledge of Workday would be a plus but training is also available.
The role will be on a hybrid schedule, working two days a week at their NYC, Washington DC, or Miami office, and the rest of the week from home. Bas relocation may be provided for non-local candidates.
