We have partnered with a well-known retail brand to find a Benefits Officer. Successful candidates will have Advanced Excel skills, and a good understanding of how benefits are managed. This is a 6 month fixed term contract based in London.
You will take ownership of the administration of the flexible benefits programme, managing the inbox and ensuring processes are completed before monthly deadlines. You'll liaise with the online benefits platform provider and global mobility relocation providers, and keep accurate records for payroll and tax purposes. You will be the owner of much of the HR data support the HR, Reward and Payroll teams with invoicing and costs. You will also have the opportunity to feed into some of the wider Reward agenda, including compensation and wellbeing.
You will have an analytical, data-driven mindset. You'll need to have advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs, and able to be very hands on with data as many processes are not yet automated. You'll be passionate about employee benefits, and should have experience of administering flexible benefits and working within an international context.
