A global award-winning private healthcare organisation, set in the heart of Central London, are seeking a Benefits Officer on a permanent basis. You will sit within the supportive, growing Reward team, and work alongside the Head of Reward and the Reward Manager who you would report into directly.
The organisation needs an individual who is initially able to focus on the continuous improvement of the benefits function, streamlining existing processes and suggesting improvements to the way data is accessed and communicated to the wider 5000+ staff in the UK. There will also be the opportunity for you to get involved in the strategic side of Reward moving forwards and the role will encompass compensation as well as benefits in future - making this a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about benefits and keen to gain experience in total rewards.
They are seeking an individual who is adept at Excel, passionate about benefits, with an ability to problem solve creatively and innovatively. You will be able to drive this role forwards in the direction you want to, among a supportive and growing Reward team.
