You will look after the UK and EMEA benefits for an established financial services firm in the City. You will manage processes and policies, but not staff. You will need to get stuck in with both the operational and strategic elements of benefits. You'll lead on a number of projects, including benefits harmonisation across Europe - so you'll need some exposure to international benefits as well as the UK. You'll manage relationships with brokers and suppliers, and manage the renewal process. You'll also complete regular reports and analytics, and create and refine the benefits polices and procedures. You will be the subject matter expert for benefits in the business.
This is a performance-driven, "high-touch" environment and you will be expected to communicate clearly and regularly. This is a truly global organisation and your remit will cover the UK and EMEA. The business has undergone a period of change and is ready to move forward. You'll need to take an interest in what is going on in HR, Payroll and the wider business and have excellent attention to detail.
You'll need experience of managing benefits in a multi-site, complex financial services firm, professional services business or similar organisation. You will need some experience of managing benefits in an international context, and an understanding of different cultures and benefits systems. You must have excellent stakeholder management skills as you'll be regularly dealing with senior staff.
