Reporting to a global manager, this individual is responsible for the administration and management of leave of absence policies and work flow. You'll field leave of absence questions from staff and explain policies, as well as on eligibility, state disability and FMLA. You'll guide staff and recommend appropriate benefit programs based upon the type of which may be valuable based upon the type of leave. You will also develop relationships at all levels, and with with insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and vendors.
