An engaging and exciting opportunity has arisen to work as the Benefits Lead for a well renowned business to harmonise benefits packages across multiple jurisdictions. This position will focus on all aspects of the benefits suite across core, health, wellness, insurances and pensions, enabling the employee base to utilise flexible benefits and choice.
You will be the main point of contact for the benefits space, reporting in to the Reward Director, whilst working alongside a wider team in reward. Being a pathfinder and sole contributor in the team, you must have the ability to cut through difficult conversations with stakeholders of all seniority whilst being able to process and document new benefits framework for the organisation. You will be responsible for uploading pension contributions to the firms provider, be analytical to ensure various pension cap legislations have been adhered to, and have excellent communication skills to build relationships with the wider HR community.
Ideally, you'll have worked in an environment where a firm has gone through M&A or a change agenda, and be able to work in start-up or fast paced businesses. You'll be comfortable working as the key contact in the benefits space and having an understanding of total reward would be advantageous.
