Our client is a global manufacturing company, seeking a Benefits Analyst to assist in the day to day administration of the company's defined contribution plans. The role supports a population of over 10,000 employees, and provides the opportunity to partner with both payroll and finance to evaluate and enhance existing processes within the business.
This is an exciting role, giving you the ability to partner with the Executive Director of Global Benefits in a technical capacity, ensuring that all benefits administration processes internally are streamlined and efficiently executed. You would be responsible for functions such as annual plan audits, invoice and claims processing as well as participating in the company's annual open enrollment process.
To be considered, you must possess a minimum of three years experience in the domain of Benefits. In addition to that, the ability to operate in a standalone capacity on project work and being well versed in Microsoft Excel is imperative for this position.
