This financial services firm are looking for a Benefits Analyst to join them for a year, to help with a number of interesting projects as well as taking ownership of the business-as-usual work. You'll assist the manager with the business-as-usual work around renewals, reporting, flexible benefits and employee changes. You'll also answer employee queries, and help out with a number of exciting benefits projects including harmonisation and vendor selection.
You'll get to work in one of London's most recognisable landmarks, with a talented team, for a brand that is hugely respected in the financial services sector. Although you'll be expected to hit the ground running, your manager will be willing to help you grow and develop. In particular you'll get great exposure to International Benefits - this could be the year your Benefits career gets the boost it needs.
You'll need advanced Excel skills, preferably including VBA and macros. You'll need solid experience of administering benefits in the UK, and any international experience you have would be really helpful.
