Our firm is engaged on an unbelievably exciting opportunity for an Attorney Recruitment Strategist (Manager, Sr. Manager) with a proven background creating and driving consistency in recruitment platforms from within Legal, Financial, or Professional Services environments. The goal of the role is to help build strategies and practices to attract and hire the next generation of top Legal talent (through partnership with local hands on recruiting leaders in each practice office across the US region)
Reporting into a phenomenal Global Director of Recruitment, and working alongside several teammates focused on other areas of Talent Acquisition, the ideal hire will be a legal talent acquisition professional with impeccable credentials and significant senior level interaction, eager to pivot into an employer branding and communications capacity while remaining within the Talent Acquisition space as a thought leader. You will possess superb communication skills and build rapport and trust easily, while knowing how to leverage both data and well nurtured relationships to meaningfully improve an already world class recruitment function.

You'll work with the best and the brightest in a firm that is truly at the top of their field, and interface daily with Partners, leadership, and the Associate and Diversity Committees to better design, define, and deploy strategies. This career-making next step will allow a driven and strategic Legal Recruitment Strategist with:
- 10 or more years of relevant experience (out of a Law Firm, Financial or Professional Services firm with a Legal Recruiting focus, or a top tier Search environment with heavy strategy work and continual executive interface with Legal cientele
- A Bachelor's degree (required) and a JD/MBA (preferred)
- A minimum of five years of recruiting experience is required.
- The ability to travel will be needed, with heavier local and domestic travel in the first few months of the role, tapering off to 10-20% regular, preplanned domestic US travel
