Our client is a growing human capital consulting consultancy seeking to attract an Associate Director to their team. The role requires an individual who is working within another, recognised human capital management consultancy, where you are designing, selling and delivering work for clients. This practice works as part of a wider organisation which benefits from well established, long term relationships across multiple sectors. The role will have the full consulting remit from designing of solutions, relationship and account management, development and running of bids, budget management and development and management of team members.
This firm work with clients across the areas of organisational design, operating model, change, organisational development, ED&I, agile+, HR transformation, leadership development and people strategy. As a refreshing alternative to larger and more structured consulting firms, this organisation are able to offer a combination of a strong brand, great relationships and networks as well a more agile and dynamic culture to work in. As an experienced human capital consultant you will be able to demonstrate current or recent experience in the areas outlined above. A track record of relevant academic achievement within the space of CIPD qualification, HR degree or masters would be highly advantageous as well.
