Our client is a globally recognised professional services firm, operating across multiple jurisdictions. As a result of growth, and development in the TA function they are looking to appoint an experienced recruitment leader who has led matrix based teams within recognised international or global professional services firms.
Based in London, the role will still retain responsibility for delivering senior fee earning hires in to the business. It is therefore a requirement to have a track record appointing Directors or Partners within a few earning consultancy/firm.
Managing a team based out of the UK but also across EMEA, the role will manage multiple team members both on a direct and matrix basis.
The role will also offer the opportunity to be involved in key international projects relating to recruitment and wider talent attraction. These may range from the implementation of an ATS, creating efficient and consistent process and practice to ensure high quality and consistency and the leveraging new and innovative technologies to attract market leading talent.
Reporting in to the regional head of TA this role will require the ability to work comfortably with demanding stakeholders, juggling multiple tasks and often working in an environment of ambiguity.
