Associate Director of Human Resources
Up to ~180k base salary, plus benefits and bonus
Our firm is engaged in a search for an Associate Director of Human Resources at a prestigious law firm. The role reports into the Head of HR and will directly partner with senior leadership across the organization; it requires a professional who possesses both executive presence and a propensity for people management.
This position will oversee internal practices including talent acquisition, succession planning, employee relations, performance management, and it is imperative that applicants are comfortable managing immigration activity in partnership with internal counsel. The role additionally partners with both the CHRO and Director of Human Resources, overseeing functions such as employee compensation and change initiatives internally.
Candidates applying for this opportunity must possess a strong foundation in human resources, touching all facets within the space. Best-fitting candidates will bring professional services experience where they've delivered high-touch, best in class HR. Possessing either a Juris Doctor or graduate degree in Human Resources Management would be viewed very positively.
