About our client
We are delighted to be working with our client who is one of the leading FMCG companies in this region. Due to their continuous high growth within the region, they are now looking for a Total Rewards Assistant Manager to join their dynamic team. This is a newly created role, based in Singapore.
Reporting to the Manager of Compensation & Benefits, you will support the C&B activities, especially in the review and implementation of policies. You will work with the team and advice on the compensation and benefits strategies, establish reward policies and practices, lead the annual performance calibration and compensation planning cycles. This individual will manage employee benefit programmes and relationship with insurance brokers. You will also manage mobility policies and provide support to secondees based out of Singapore.
The successful applicant
Ideally, you should have at least 5 years of C&B experience, with good exposure to regional rewards. Having the experience of working in a multinational company environment is an advantage. Strong interpersonal and communication skills is a must. The individual should be a good team player as the organization believes in teamwork. It is highly recommended that the individual should have strong analytical skills to translate data into key insights to drive decisions.
