Reporting into the APAC Senior Rewards and Benefits Manager, you will be instrumental in designing and executing the wellbeing and benefits strategies across the firms APAC offices. You will work closely with the Rewards and Benefits team, to ensure that the benefits offering continues to evolve and represents the core values of the firm. You will use data to identify key wellbeing issues across the region and help to support with solutions to them.
Essential: we are looking for someone with experience in wellbeing and/or benefits in either consulting, within HR or as a HR generalist. You will currently be operating on a regional or global scale in a corporate and professional firm. You will be comfortable working in agile environment and being continuously involved in change projects.
