I am a business-minded, energetic recruitment professional, with a career spanning over fifteen years as a specialist recruiter in the HSE industry. I gained this experience within national and boutique consultancies in Australia. Partnering with clients in talent and candidate attraction, sourcing, selection, and retention.
I manage the HSE/Workers Compensation division of Frazer Jones and my success includes recruiting a range of qualified and technical disciplines; from graduate to senior executive appointments, covering both executive search and contingent recruitment methodologies for both permanent and contract roles.
Recognised as a significant cultural and team contributor, I have also lead and coached high performing recruitment teams, managed both small and large projects including international account management, reviewed and improved recruitment practices and processes, whilst maintaining an end-to-end recruitment delivery role.
I pride myself on continually being applauded by clients and candidates as a trusted advisor across the various disciplines in my experience, and for the sound judgment, attention to detail, energy, and relentless focus on results.
Delivery to tight deadlines in contracting placements across all industries in Health, Safety & Risk Management, Workers' Compensation, and Injury Management. Providing considered advice and offering timely response to clients’ requirements by gaining a clear understanding of their business needs.
During my early years, I lived & worked in USA (Las Vegas) then 12 months in London, then working and having a large family hadn’t travelled very much at all. So only recently have loved more international travel and recently explored Vietnam, Fiji, Morocco, Spain & Portugal.
I am an avid animal lover, horse rider, and snow skier but for my ‘quiet time’ I garden. Having had a stint as a florist, I am passionate about what gardens can contribute to our psyche. Equally, I love to be home with family and friends!
My daily mantra is “I get to do this” as opposed to “I have to do this”.
