I manage the temp and interim team at Frazer Jones in Sydney. We recruit roles across the full spectrum of Human Resources across a wide range of industries and businesses from top global organisation to fast-growing start-ups. My focus is on recruiting mid to senior level interim/contract roles and overseeing the team that partners with the junior end of the market.
I have supported a broad range of organisations, which includes partnering with a major retail brand to build their HR Systems team for a large-scale project. I have also partnered major Financial Services organisations to appoint a number of senior key HR Change roles for a significant transformation. My focus is primarily around building talent pools at a mid to senior level for interim roles and developing trusted relationships and partnerships with individuals as they grow in their career.
With over 10 years’ professional recruitment experience both in the UK and Australia, I have an extensive network of HR talent globally. I have managed complex retained searches, managed large-scale key accounts and have partnered with the C-Suite of global organisations to build their HR functions. Furthermore, because I am constantly building my HR network, I can move quickly to find the right talent to fill an immediate requirement. I work closely with clients to build a deep understanding of their needs and can adapt my approach to deliver the best service for them both short and long term. I pride myself on quality of relationships with candidates who I have met over the years and being able to partner with them as they build their careers further.
I studied French and History at University so I love watching French Films and enjoying anything to do with French Culture. I’ve loved playing netball since childhood and now play for social leagues when injury doesn’t prevent me from doing so!
